The file should be at: OS hard drive > Users > [your username] > AppData > Roaming > Apple Computer > MobileSync > Backup.
Mac OS X
The file should be at: User > Library > Application Support > MobileSync > Backup.
Inside this Backup folder, you will find one or more folders named with digits and alphabets. Select the most recently modified folder.
Step 3:
Inside this most recently modified folder, you will be find a folder/file with name as highlighted.3d0d7e5fb2ce288813306e4d4636395e047a3d28 .In this file/folder you can copy out and store in a different place for protection.
Step 4:
Now visit below website and upload your SMS file.

You can export it in any format like PDF,HTML or, Microsoft Office Excel. Now you will be able to see your all messages which you have sent or revieved.
