How is the new policy different from the previous policy?

The agreed partnership with the Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Nauruan Governments remains active with illegal maritime arrivals being sent to PNG or Nauru for processing. The new policy introduces a rapid transfer process where asylum seekers are transferred to either PNG or Nauru within 48 hours of arrival in

Australia. The new policy also includes the expansion of processing centres in both locations as well as the turning back of asylum seeker boats.

What are the arrangements between Australia, PNG and Nauru?

The agreement signed between Australia and PNG, and Australia and Nauru provides for all illegal maritime arrivals to be sent to either PNG or Nauru for processing and if found to be a refugee, settlement there.

People found not to be refugees will be returned to their home country or a country where they have a right of residence.

The New Rules

Australia is working with both PNG and Nauru to expand the Regional Processing Centres, as well as exploring locations for the construction of additional facilities. This is to allow for sufficient offshore processing capacity and to meet the 48 hour rapid transfer process.

Does the 48 hour transfer to PNG and Nauru apply to women and children?

Everyone who arrives unlawfully in Australia is subject to transfer to PNG and Nauru. Children and family groups are not exempt from transfer. Anyone who arrives in Australia by boat, without a visa, will not be settled there.

What about unaccompanied minors?

There are no exemptions to transfer to an offshore processing country. Unaccompanied minors who arrive unlawfully in Australia are subject to transfer to PNG or Nauru. Australian authorities are working closely with their PNG and Nauru counterparts to develop a framework of arrangements to cater for the needs of

unaccompanied minors once they are transferred to a regional processing centre.

Will the boats be told to turn around?

The Government in Australia has changed and so have the rules. If you come to Australia by boat without a visa you will be intercepted. You can be turned back or you will be quickly transferred to the country of PNG or Nauru for processing. You will never be settled in Australia.

The people smugglers told me that I would be eligible to settle in Australia?

Don’t be deceived by the lies of people smugglers. They are only after your money. You risk losing everything, including your life, if you come to Australia by boat without a visa.

What if relatives are already in Australia?

It will not make a difference if people (including children, families or unaccompanied minors) have family in Australia. Everyone who arrives will be transferred to PNG or Nauru within 48 hours of arrival.

There is a correct process to follow to register a claim with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) or International Organization for Migration (IOM).

It has tweaked its search engine to block 100,000 search terms related to the topic. Google disclosed that it will extend it to more than 150 languages, but for now, only available in Britain and other English-speaking countries.

As we all well know it might not be easy for Google and Microsoft to stop those ''sick guys'' from uploading such videos and photos of child abuse/porn on their various search engines. But both companies are optimistic that they will do all what it takes to get them out and Google will now display warnings above result of 13,000 search terms related to child abuse. So please guys now you should stop to upload child abuse materials because its not fun and now its become headache for you.

WASHINGTON: Google’s Wi-Fi balloons, part of the search’s giant initiative to provide connectivity to remote locations where there is low or no internet, is designed to travel three times around the world.

Google’s Project Loon aims to deliver Wi-Fi to remote parts of the world via souped-up weather balloons, which are designed to stay up for 100 days.

The search giant’s balloon manufacturing manager, Pam Desrochers said that the time limit is much longer than most weather balloons that travel at the stratospheric heights that Loon balloons will achieve, Cnet reports.

Descrochers explained that the balloon material is rubber-band like, with each balloon requiring 500 square meters of the material.

She further said that the Loon’s balloons must be exceptionally hardy, because they will be subject to both hot and cold extremes on a daily basis, causing the material to stretch and contract.

The manager added that the balloons need to be resistant to ultraviolet radiation and inclement weather, as they could lead to pinhole leaks and more serious destructive forces, the report said.

It wrongs every government which ruled till now minimum do one best work for massive like PPP Government start Benazir Income Support Program(BISP) in 2008 and other governments also do good work for people but BISP is a great step of PPP government. BISP is a non-conditional cash transfer program instituted under former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani and more than 3 million Pakistani families received cash transfers through BISP in 2008-2009. The main target of BISP 2013 program to cover almost 40% of the population below the poverty line. But how they can achieve this target if people don't know what to do and how to do because from last few days BISP Tracking System Web is not working and our present government don't take this issue seriously so many people who get relief with this web is very depressed. Even our so-called media also not highlight this issue and do nothing for all those people. Media only highlight that news which have no such benefit for massive and just spread bad things in people but the important issue media also don't take any action. According to DNA and PTI, Google’s Android platform, on which many smartphones are built and sold in India, reportedly hosts many adult applications that are considered unsuitable for viewing by children. Amid rising instances of adult content freely available on applications supported by Android phones, Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal sought suggestions from the media to deal with the issue.

Sibal told reporters in response to a query on the government’s action to adult applications on Android platform.

When contacted, a Google spokesperson said the company builds tools and controls into
products that help people manage their online experience.

Google Play developer program policy does not allow content that contains nudity, graphic sex acts, or sexually explicit material. Google has a zero-tolerance policy against child pornography

Google spokesperson said in a statement.

It added that if Google becomes aware of content with child pornography, it will report it to the appropriate authorities and delete the Google accounts of those involved with the distribution. “Similarly for Android, we offer content filtering. Google Play requires developers to label their applications according to the Google Play ratings system, which consists of four levels,” the statement said. The government had recently come in for sharp criticism for ordering certain websites and web pages blocked for carrying obscene content.

Removing the Priyanka Whatsapp virus.

To get rid of this virus from your phone you need to delete it from your contacts and also clear your Whatsapp database.

No Umrah visa after July 8

July 8 (Shaban 29) as the last date for seeking Umrah visas according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.According to the statistics released by the Ministry of Haj, the Kingdom has already issued about four million Umrah visas this year.A travel agent Arif Kannauji, who has been working for a local Haj and Umrah operator in Riyadh said that this is our routine business to accept aplication for Umrah but we are strictally warned that no application can be accepted during Ramdan.All people who want to perform Umrah will get their visas in the month of Shaban. It normally takes 7 to 14 days to get a visa.Umrah season starts in the month of Safar, and continue till end of Ramdan.

Until July 1, about 3.8 million Umrah pilgrims entered the Kingdom.This time rate is 400,000 times greater than previous year according to ministry of Haj.

He was also the youngest to crack the test last year at 12 but had reappeared this year to improve his all India ranking. Satyam, son of a farmer from Bakhorapur village, had completed his class XII from Senior Secondary School, Kota with 85 per cent marks. He appeared from IIT Mumbai this year and got all India rank of 679.
Last year, he had appeared from the Chennai zone and had got All India rank of 8137. Satyam, told The Indian Express, “It feels great to be the youngestin the country to have achieved this. I had been preparing at Kota for IIT-JEE test for two years. I had to take special permission from authorities concerned last year to appear at the age of 12”. Satyam said while his parents lived at the Ara village, he lived with his grand mother and uncle at Kota. His father Siddhnath Singh said: “My son is a child prodigy. After banning VIBER in SAUDIA ARABIA there is attention toward another messenger smartphone application. WhatsApp, which could be blocked in just a few weeks.WhatsApp is assumed to be banned before Ramadan according to country's Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC). Reason behind banning is that WhatsApp communications are difficult to control.This app can be used on smartphone and no system is required.So, local telecom companies' revenue is decreasing day by day, since it allows users to send messages over the Internet instead of the telephone networks.Telephone networks revenue is loosing as user are preffering internet usage.Abdullah Al-Darrab, governor of the CITC, told Arab News.

"We will take strict action against these applications and services if they do not comply with the regulations."

Viber,skype and WhatsApp set up local servers to allow for easier handling, but the companies haven't complied. Viber was banned at the beginning of June, and Skype ,WhatsApp will be next. Al-Dabban said,
"We gave them a week to comply and have been communicating with them since March . Therefore, this has left us with no choice but to block these services, beginning with Viber,"
So, it may happen WhatsApp and skype will banned in saudia Arabia if these apps are compiled as these are reducing the local telecom companies' revenue.
