Step 1: Open your desired video which you want to download and then right click on the date to get video URL as shown in below screenshot.

Step 2: After copying URL for example below PC URL 

Like: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=494416397318443

Step 3: Now you have to convert PC URL into Mobile URL just by adding "m" in front of URL. LIKE: https://m.facebook.com/photo.php?v=494416397318443

Step 4: Now Open the video in Mobile format it will look like below.

Step 5: Now right click on the video and choose save video as option to download video like below screenshot.

Note: First play video then right click and choose "save video as option".
