How to root the cloudfone excite 350g and update custom cwm plus roms
Tools You Needed:
ROOTED PHONE
MOBILE UNCLE TOOLS
CWM RECOVERY
CLOUDFONE EXCITE 350g CUSTOM ROM
STEPS and PROCEDURE:
CLOUDFONE EXCITE 350g (USB) Cable
Software Unlockroot: Download HERE
STEP 1. Plug (usb) cable to connect your phone to PC
On the phone select Settings> Developer Options then enable USB        DEBBUGING.
STEP 2. Run-Unlockroot software after installation and wait for confirmation of detected devices.Select your device.
Click Root and wait 3 seconds, then confirm the root Cloudfone excite 350g
A notification will appear ask if you want to install Power Saver not, installation is also not installed okay, I select No.
Once rooting is done.Reboot your phone to finish the job, Choose Yes.
Wait 1-2 minutes and then the phone will restart and finish the root.
Check-in icon menu if Superuser appeared on your mobile, that mean your cloudfone excite 350g is rooted

Now copy or move KEM350 CWM recovery.img and as well as custom rom to sdcard.
Step 1. Installing CWM recovery
Install mobile uncle tools
After installing app
Click open
Hit the get started button
Select flashing recovery from  sd card and
Select KEM350 CWM recovery.img and click ok
Boot into recovery and done!
Now you have CWM recovery installed
Step2. Flashing custom roms
Turn off your phone
Hold power button+volume up to enter the recovery mode.
Note:
search / power button is select button
Volume up and down is scroll
menu and back is also scroll
back button is back

Now you have entered the recovery, First you must wipe data/factory reset, Then wipe cache partition.done
Choose apply update from sdcard
Then locate the rom you want to install(.zip file extn name)
Select Yes
After flashing rom select reboot system now.

Default language is vietnamesse but you can change in systemsettings-language and input.use english as default.

Now install ClockWorkMod Recovery from Google play or anyother external site on your Qmobile Noir A8.
Download one of the following two ROMs.
IncPak’s Jelly Bean 4.1.1 ROM for Qmobile Noir A8 here, and the other  one here.
WinGoku’s Jelly Bean 4.1.1 ROM for Qmobile Noir A8 here.
I recommend the Incpak's ROM as it is running on 2 of my phones.

1.Now copy this download .zip file to your sd card.
2.Power Off your Noir A8.
3.Boot your phone into Recovery mode, hold down the power + volume up buttons, release the
    Power button when you see the boot logo.  
4.Make a backup: select backup and restore, then backup. When it is done select Go Back.
5.Now perform the following Wipes.
    # Select Wipe/Data Factory Cache
    # Select Wipe Cache Partition  
    #Go to advanced and select wipe dalvik cache  
    #Go back to the main menu.
6.Now select Select Install zip from sdcard, then Choose zip from sdcard and then select the .zip file that you copied to your sd card and select yes.
Once the installation is completed, your Qmobile will reboot into JellyBean 4.1.1.

A few weeks ago, we were notified that android 4.3 jelly bean would come to the Note 2 in mid November. Well, it is now early October and we are now getting the official update!This tutorial will show you how to get the official final version of android 4.3 jelly bean on the samsung galaxy note 2 n7100. This is only compatible with the galaxy note 2 n7100 and not any other version of the samsung galaxy note 2. What also make this update special is that you will get all the new android 4.3 features found on the Note 3, and Samsung Galaxy S4.
We know that lot of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean test firmwares were leaked for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Here is an official build that is available for download to flash into your Galaxy Note 2 via Odin.

Create a backup of your phone in clockworkmod recovery to external storage. Battery power at least 90% full.

(zip file) then unzip this file to your PC. Now you will get AP_N7100XXUEM16_CP_N7100XXEM16_CSC_N7100XAEM16_BY_WVAZ_DINK.zip
Step 1: Set your phones into USB debugging mode: Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB debugging.Then turn off your phones.
Step 2: Put your galaxy s3 into download mode by pressing and holding VolumeDown + Home + Power simultaneously.
Step 3: Download Odin and start ODIN on PC.
Step 4: Connect the device to your computer using USB.
Step 5: Wait a few seconds, the ODIN screen will show that a device is now connected
- If ODIN not detect your device, then install drivers here and then put your device into download mode. Odin will detect your device when it says COM2
etc.
Step 6: Click the PDA button, then select AP_N7100XXUEM16_CP_N7100XXEM16_CSC_N7100XAEM16_BY_WVAZ_DINK.tar
Step 7: Press “Start”. ODIN will start flash the firmware.
Step 8: After Flash complete, your Galaxy S3 will Boot into Android System Recovery Mode.
